Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, with delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mountain Time) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is shipped.

Delivery Areas

  • We ship to all 50 states within the United States.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Restrictions

  • Doojee complies with all federal and state laws regarding the shipment of kratom. Orders cannot be shipped to locations where kratom is banned or restricted, including but not limited to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, and specific cities or counties.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that kratom is legal in your area before placing an order.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact us at hello@doojeekratom.com or call 720-469-8705. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@doojeekratom.com or 720-469-8705.
  • Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website.
